Extreme Home Makeover!

Bayless Extreme Makeover

I found out the details!!!  The same guy who built my parents' house is doing the Extreme Home Makeover in a couple of weeks.  Of course, my friends and I are trying to get on the list to volunteer, but I know that it's not all about ME (me and Ty, ha ha) and we need to keep the perspective straight.  So while I'm asking you to pray that I get to help out, which has been a dream of mine since the show started, the underlying prayer... the true prayer of my heart is this::

Please begin praying for the family who will be chosen, for all the workers, volunteers, and onlookers - that God will be glorified through this entire project!  Pray that camera time is devoted to testimonials of faithful people in our town who will represent to the world who Jesus Christ is, and that this episode won't be about a house, but about The Builder.  Pray that the EMHE Team is forever changed by the witnesses they encounter during their week here.  Pray for good weather, good attitudes, and good workmanship!

"God of This City"

--------Chris Tomlin

You're the God of this City
You're the King of these people
You're the Lord of this nation
You are

You're the Light in this darkness
You're the Hope to the hopeless
You're the Peace to the restless
You are

There is no one like our God
There is no one like our God

For greater things have yet to come
And greater things are still to be done in this City
Greater thing have yet to come
And greater things are still to be done in this City

There is no one like our God
There is no one like our God

For greater things have yet to come
And greater things are still to be done in this City
Greater things have yet to come
And greater things are still to be done here

There is no one like our god
There is no one like our God

Greater things have yet to come
And greater things are still to be done in this City
Greater things have yet to come
And greater things are still to be done here
