All mine; Tim didn't like it. :) But at least he tried it!!! It tastes a lot better than it looks.
For those who wish to try::
Endive (weird lettuce)
Slice chunks of apple
Slice chunks of mango
Sliced cubed avocado
Slices of beets
Toss with olive oil and salt!
