Shadows and Ice - updated

The snow is gone. Well, almost.

I think sometimes we do this to God. We let His light shine on almost all of our heart, but we cover that one part, that one issue, that one circumstance, with a shadow. A shadow of anger. A shadow of despair. Of resentment. Or sin, even.

And He allows the ice to sit and remain hardened. It's just how He is. He never forces His light on us. He only offers.

    Wow. You packed a lot of message into just a few, meaningful and purposeful words. Convicted. Once again, I love how you can take the tiniest things in life and turn them into spiritual meat for the soul. What a gift from God. Thanks for sharing it.
