It has come to my attention, from several sources, that the tennis shoes hanging from the electrical lines is not merely a teenage prank, but rather an indication of where to buy drugs.
I don't see the shoes on my actual street; it's one street over. It's a nicer street than mine, and I'm surprised by this information, and now I'm wondering if I should whisper in the ear of the Tyler PD that I see the shoes on a regular basis. Ugh. I hate being a responsible citizen sometimes.....
