What is it with the tennis shoes dangling from the electrical lines on my street? Is it some rite of passage I don't know about? Well, I was never a mean kid so I guess I don't understand. Maybe it's just something they do to each other to be silly. I think it's kinda mean.....
But it's kinda funny too. :)
My sister told me it means that is where people know to find a drug house. Sorry! Don't know if it's true or not but look at the houses nearby and see if it could be a possibility. Then you could avoid that area.
